Mothers Day is coming up. Have you thought about what you're getting her? Flowers are always a nice last minute gift idea. And if you forget then you can always use the old excuse 'I prefer to honour my mother everyday not just on Mothers Day'. My personal favourite are tulips. In fact I think I would go as far as saying I prefer tulips over roses. Maybe it's because it's rare to find them throughout the year. These were photographed in Keukenhof, the best place to be in May when all the flowers are in bloom.

Happy Tuesday. I was lucky to have yesterday off so today brushing off the laziness and made it to work on time. It was no special weekend but nonetheless it was nice to have some time off and let my brain just take a back seat for a while. Here's to a short week (at least for me!).

This week has taken off like a roller coaster. I guess that's what happens when you have a busy busy weekend with no down time. But that's also nice to be up and about! Here are a few more pics from the weekend.
