Chocolate Nut Pistachio

This is a creation of a friend of mine. This is a creation of a friend of mine. The base is actually a chocolate nut bar topped with pistachio ice cream and berries.

My dear friend invited me to celebrate Thanksgiving with her and some other folks. We spent the day cooking, drinking and gossiping. What a great way to spend the day. And the best part of it is sharing the fruits of your labour with dear friends.

Lime frosting...

These pics are from the frosting I made some time ago; lime cream cheese mmmm. o easy to make and soooo delicious. Don't make the same mistake I did...be cautious of how much lime juice you use unless you want your frosting really runny.

 I have a friend visiting this weekend for a week so I will try to sneak in as many posts as I can in the coming days.
