Rainy Kisses

It was one of those calm rainy days today. Just a slight drizzle. You could go for a walk and enjoy the calmness of the city and let your mind wander. I came across this photo and thought 'how appropriate'.

While the rest of Europe deals with snow storms and airport closures, Barcelona is dealing with rain...and lots of it. It's been raining non-stop for a few days now and I'm glad I'm leaving just in time for Christmas holidays. Photo taken at Pl. Catalunya

Rain

Before. It hasn't rained here in weeks. I'm actually glad it will finally rain!

The calm after the 'storm'. It didn't rain that much but I wish it did. We could use some clean air. And the smell after a rainfall is just lovely. Fresh. Clean.
