| I took the the lemon poppyseed recipe and added my own twist to it. I added some ground pistachios and some dried cranberries. You can make this recipe as a cake but I always opt to bake them in a muffin tray for ease. |

| It's kind of become a tradition hasn't it? It's like the unofficial kick off to the holiday season. Even though i'm miles away from my bestie, this made me smile...reminds me of the good old days when we'd sit and gossip with our peppermint mochas or our gingerbread latte's. Unfotunately the holiday beverage selection is different here in Barcelona. So this is my toffee nut latte. I usually don't fancy going to Starbucks here. I mean, why would you? There are great coffee shops everywhere with much better coffee (in my opinion). |
